a *very* sparkly victorian tea gown! (the finished halloween gown)
So. After final cut not responding for several hours and the audio randomly getting louder half way through, I'm calling it quits on posting this today. But hey it means you get the finished video (aside from the audio issue) a week in advance!
This has been watched through twice so hopefully all the mistakes from yesterday's upload have been caught!
Old post contents, Nov 30.
To be clear, the dress is finished, the video however...
Well, the version going public will hopefully have an intro that is actually synched up and photos at the end.
I need to watch it all the way through, too, so if there are any little errors I apologize! But it's like 99% done and the end of the month so here we are--and there should be a video about the hat up next. The chemise/dress to go under this, however, will take a bit more work...it still doesn't have a skirt.
But you know, small victories and all.
If you celebrate, I hope you all had a good holiday! If you don't, then I hope you had a good weekend! And thank you SO much for sticking with me! 💕

I hope you and your doggies are doing okay!
Merry Christmas Angela
It is so, so gorgeous - and the video is hilarious. And it is wonderful that you enjoyed the process of making the dress - take our victories where we can!
This was so great. Now I am off to your youtube channel to see about rewatching a coat-mas video.
I think this is a very appropriate dress for the season. The orange might hint to autumn, but the white lace and sequins reminds me of snow and frost accumulating on leaves. So pretty ❤, I feel inspired to tackle the morning robe/tea gown which has been waiting since... Last december? Team It's Not Late, It's a Year Early! Ahem..
I'm teaching myself how to make sewing tutorials for my own patterns now, so I appreciate the difficulty in wrangling all of those gigabytes!! At least you get to stare at the pretty sequins glinting in the light while editing! What a stunning robe ♥ Don't forget to order those pearls!!
Very glad to see that you finished this project :) it's glorious!
Sequin(ced) dress! It's really a robe I know, but I couldn't help myself. This whole tea gown is absolutely amazing! Like if I knew I was dying I would want to be wearing this so it was my ghost outfit for the rest of eternity. That bow... THAT BOW! Wow,.I watched that portion at least twice because it was fascinating. Thank you for sharing that portion in such detail. Ribbed and twice the protection, get out of here! Antidepressants that are the freaking best! I'm breastfeeding right now and am not taking mine and every-freaking-day is a struggle. But we persevere. I am so glad you stuck with it and you enjoyed all of the amazing beading! I enjoyed watching it 🧡 I love your face, and I am so excited to see the gown and hat you're making to go with this.
I saw the first video of this as I was drifting off to sleep, but forced myself to watch. I'm excited to watch part 2 while I'm awake. Seriously though, I'd wait a full year if needed to see the witchcraft involved in making this beautiful dress!!!
This gown is absolutely gorgeous!
not a month late, a whole year early. ☺️
Im so excited to watch this!!
