The Bendover Inn
Welcome to The Bendover Inn. The owner Peter Parker welcomes you to his newly renovated motel with a big pool area open to all. There are loungers, a full service bar, BBQ, and a large pool to cool down in. The sixteen suites all have two king size beds, a desk, cable-TV, phone and a kitchenette where you can prepare lighter meals. Oh and ofcourse a Shower and WC.
For your convenience there are vending machines spread out on the grounds if you feel a bit peckish. If you have any problems during your stay just go down to the reception and talk to Peter. He will help you with....anything...you need.....
If you are only a visitor during the day or night (The upstairs bar attracts a lot of famous people in town) there is ofcourse a public restroom just around the corner downstairs...so its private.....
Some lot info: Lot size: 50x40, Price furnished: 513.332 Simoleons. You MUST enter the bb.moveobjects cheat BEFORE placing the lot or it might be corrupt!
You will also need the following packs: Lovestruck, Eco Lifestyle, Island Living, Get Famous, Get To Work, Werewolves, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Spa day, Laundry Day Stuff and Tiny Living stuff.

Game keeps crashing when placing furnished lot, no problem with unfurnished.
I’m so sorry that happens. I will check again. It is a very resource heavy lot with all the cc so I don’t know if that could be the problem. I’m gonna install it on a clean install of the game and see what happens. I’ll get back to you!
