Modify houses to offer them on other paid sites.

Allowed is:

To use my houses for stories but please with a link to my YouTube channel or to Patreon.
To change the purchased houses according to your own wishes if they are for private purposes.

Unfortunately, after every game update, complications can arise.I would really like to know the right solution to every problem in order to help.

Every PC or laptop is different, just like the Windows and Mac operating systems, so I ask you to look online for possible solutions. There are so many help forums and sites out there that might be able to help.I try to help with other questions as much as possible and i answer questions in German and English.
I want you to have fun with my creations and not get frustrated because it doesn't work.

My game is always up to date and I recommend the same to you.

Before each publication, I test my houses for functionality and upload them with the best of conscience, so I distance myself from any possible difficulties that may arise when using custom content.

HELP:

How to use Tray Files:

Download & unzip the .rar file below
Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray)
Launch your game
Load the lot you wish to place the build in
Enable bb.moveobjects
Open the in game library
Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options
Locate the build and place

How to use Mods:

Download & unzip the .rar file on YouTube (Description box)
Copy the files contained within this folder into the Mods Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods)
Launch your game
Enable bb.moveobjects
Open the in game library
Check "enable custom content" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options
Locate the build and place
