🏫 HAWTHORNE VILLAGE SCHOOL (preview)

14 Nettle Lane • Henford-on-Bagley
40 x 30 • §182,914

A charming historic village school has arrived in Henford-on-Bagley! 🌿

Hawthorne Village School is an old English schoolhouse filled with character, history and beautiful overgrown gardens.

✨ Historic English architecture
✨ Ivy-covered brick walls
✨ Beautiful cottage gardens
✨ 40 x 30 lot
✨ §182,914
✨ Residential lot
✨ SoulsisterSims – Daylight Reshade included
✨ Speedbuild available

⚠️ Please note: The build is saved as a Residential lot because the official school lot type can only be used on a specific designated school lot.

There is a Mod that allows schools to be used on other lots, but unfortunately it doesn't work correctly in my game, so I cannot guarantee that it will work for you.

You can also use Hawthorne Village School simply as a beautiful residential home.

Mods & CC links, installation instructions and the Speedbuild are available in the full Patreon post. 🤎
