Riverbend Apartments – Installation Guide

This build was originally created on an Empty Map, but I have tested it on regular maps and it can be placed anywhere in the world.

Placement Information

Because I used most of the available space while building, I recommend placing Riverbend Apartments on a lot with a similar size. The build should still work on other lots, but you may need to remove or adjust some decorative objects around the edges if space is limited.

To make the area feel more like a complete neighborhood, I placed a second, unfurnished apartment building nearby.

Installation

1. Download the files

2. Navigate to:

*C:\Users\YourName\AppData\LocalLow\Paralives\Paralives\MyPremadeLot.mod*

1. Copy all the files into this folder.

2. Start Paralives.

3. Open your Library and place Riverbend Apartments wherever you like.

Custom Content

This build includes Workshop content that I downloaded through Steam Workshop.

❌ External custom content is NOT included and must be downloaded separately.

Final Notes

Riverbend Apartments was one of my first larger experiments using an Empty Map. Building this way felt much more open and creative, especially when using debug objects to create custom roads, sidewalks, and neighborhood details.

I hope you enjoy exploring this little community as much as I enjoyed building it.
