I built this modern penthouse as a set of stylish apartments and saved it as such.
To place it correctly:

  1. Go into the original Fountainview Penthouse lot in San Myshuno.

  2. Change the lot type to Residential Rental.

  3. Only then place the downloaded Fountainview Apartments build.

Make sure “Include Custom Content” is enabled in your Gallery settings so the build shows up.
