The Lodge at Camp Hallow Pines
Hidden deep within the overgrown palms and pines, the old lodge stands silent.
Its wooden roof, darkened by years of rain and shadow, creaks softly beneath the weight of time.
Broken lanterns hang from the beams, and faint light seeps through cracked windows — a flicker, then gone.
The air smells of salt, smoke, and something older… something that lingers.
Around it, smaller cabins crouch like watchful eyes, half-swallowed by the forest.
By day, it looks almost peaceful —
but when night falls, the house seems to breathe.
The walls whisper. The floor remembers.
And the pines… never sleep.
