The Tray Files are available in two versions: one as a Residential Rental and one as a regular Residential Lot. This way, you can choose whichever setup works best for your gameplay. 🌿

⚠️ Important: Before placing the apartments, make sure to change the lot type (in my case, Chateau Peak) to Residential Rental. Otherwise, you may run into an error message when placing the build.

PEACEMAKER CC

If you notice Peacemaker’s CC showing up in strange bright colors with a question mark in your game, it may be because you need to download the CC directly from his site. If that doesn’t fix it, the textures might be broken due to the DirectX update. In that case, you’ll need to patch those textures using Sims 4 Studio (DirectX patch).

I personally don’t have any issues with the textures in my game, but I was made aware of this by others.
