Accusation of privacy violation!

Hello ,

 I usually keep such problems private or solve them privately but some things just don't work.

The lady is upset because I couldn't help her, when I asked her to send me a screenshot she became insulting and accused me of trying to spy on her private things. Maybe one or two of the written words come across differently than intended, but that's because I unfortunately don't speak English perfectly.

She simply put the files in the wrong folder. I always try to help where I can but my technical skills are limited. I gave her a refund and she start to ruin me on social networks. That's not okay.

 I test my houses beforehand but it can still happen that it doesn't work like that in other games. I therefore ask you to send me a private message if you have any problems instead of posting in the comments.
