If you get a message from google drive: Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time. Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently." or someting like this it doesnt mean there is a limit. Google itself send me this answer: It's called Download Quota Limit.The problem is, there is no exact number. It depends on overall load of GDrive. Sometimes you can download the file 50 times, sometime you download 3 times and you reach the Download Quota Limit. But it shouldn´t happens because its a Subscription ...please if this happens in your case try it again few hrs later. I'm trying to find another better server/host. I'm sorry for the inconvenience
I can't download the mods it says to many people have downloaded.
This is not possible. Google drive does not have limited downloads
