Hakim Apartment Hallway Override by Simmerxo
02/03/2026: Compatible with patch 1.121.342.1030

Heyyy Simmers ♡
I've finally tackled the hallway override for Hakim Apartments in Arts Quarter and it's giving ✨understated luxury✨ in the best way!
I wanted the space to feel elevated and refined without being too flashy or overwhelming, so I leaned into a palette that’s rich but subtle. The maroon-brown walls add depth and warmth, and they pair perfectly with the chevron wood flooring, which brings in texture and movement. It was important to me that the hallway felt cohesive with the rest of the apartment but still had its own personality.
I included some Before & After pics along with a little glimpse into how I styled the hallway just in case you're looking for a bit of makeover inspo ♡
PS: Hakim Apartments and Zen View Apartments share the same flooring override 😒 In order for this flooring to appear in your game you would have to remove Zen View Apartments Flooring Override. Hope you all enjoy it!
