Heyyy Simmers♡
I'm pleased to announce that I've finally completed the 1313 Apartment that's located in 21 Chic Street in the Fashion District area. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I had fun decorating. I must say that the fireplace in the living room CANNOT be lit due to the tight space. In order to light it, you will have to move it to an open area where your sim has enough space to light it. Once lit you can place the fireplace back to its spot. The washing machine in the laundry area works you will have to move the suitcase and the gym decor so it can be functional. I've placed those items there just for the aesthetics but for functionality you can place them in the bedroom. Okay I'm done rambling lol enjoyyyyy!
BTW I took these pictures with my reshade on. Sooo it may look different in your game. If you would like the exact reshade that I have its by PixelGlam : Pearl
✨️Entry Way

✨️Laundry Room
✨️Living Room
✨️Bathroom
You will see that the shower floor will be leveled with the rest of the bathroom. I had to do it that way in order to upload the apartment as a whole. All you will have to do to achieve the shower you see above is to place a wall across to create a "room" once it's a room you will up the platform by 1. Then you can erase the walls and there you have it.
