If you are downloading a mod that is above your tier then you'll need to go to the page directly to use points.
Also don't forget to first make sure you have the updated core mod files:
Some users also had issues when setting up for the first time. I added a way to create authentication code and send it while in game. So you don't have to log in, then log out anymore and log in manually anymore. You only have to log in once. (You still can do it the old way but the new way should be easier and better).
