Hi! I drew the new artwork for Skeb request.

This is the crossover work of the commissioner’s OC, Nodoka and my OC, Sayaka

Nodoka is a mouth-fetish enjoyer.

Sayaka and Nodoka are playing doctor and patient.

Nodoka is now a tiny doctor and Sayaka plays the patient and she has opened her mouth and throat very wide.

Nodoka has placed the stethoscopes on Sayaka’s uvula as if she is listening for a pulse.

After that she can’t contain herself and she is stroking the uvula with her hands while looking very happy.

Sayaka is laughing a bit because the stroking of her uvula tickles a bit, but she is enjoying being the patient.(Sayaka understands Nodoka’s fetish very much.)
