Which Manor TF First - JTA

I want to have at least one form made for the first playtest, and I'm very torn between which one.

Bat would focus on a unique NPC, and expedite the Key puzzle I want present so you could readily access the locked Attic location where you would obtain it.

Ghost would focus on a new level of interaction with most Manor denizens + their very unique ability set and resistances. Would try to get the ending ready for Playtest 1, but I can't make promises.
