This mod changes the appearance of Gortash by replacing his Head, Hair, Outfit, Paintings and Posters of him with new assets that I've made.
5 Versions
FULL: This version replaces Gortash fully (Head, Hair, Outfit,...)
HEAD ONLY: This version only replaces Gortash's Head and Hair (you can pair this with any other Gortash outfit replacer mod)
OUTFIT ONLY: This version only replaces Gortash's outfit (you can pair this with any other Gortash head replacer mod)
Equipment for Tav: Adds the full outfit (BT2 only and not dyable) to the tutorial chest, for use by your Tav or companions (I know you're putting it on Astarion... 🧐). The outfit has obvious issues when you try to use the Body and Gloves separately, I will not fix that since this isn't its intended use.
Head and Hair for Tav: Adds my Gortash's head for BT2 Humans, as well as his Hair for BT2 normies.
Installation
Only install one replacer at a time! By replacer I mean the first three versions listed above.
The stuff for Tavs is standalone (you can install both on top of a replacer or on their own).
Uninstallation
I've tested uninstalling the replacer versions and there was no issue, so you should be able to uninstall with no consequence (the assets I've replaced will just revert back to vanilla). Make sure to completely delete the mod though and not just disable it, if you want it gone.
As for the version that adds armor for Tavs, you'll need to follow these steps to properly uninstall without breaking your save:
1 - summon the tutorial chest or any other container that disappears on its own after a while.
2 - put all of the mod's armor pieces into that container and let it disappear (make sure to buy it from vendors that sell it if you've come across one)
3 - make a new save
4 - uninstall the mod

This is amazing!!! and yes I will be putting this outfit on Astarion lol. I'll probably use the full version for my next run - when you kill gortash will the outfit look like the vanilla version when looting or this version? Also the paintings are such a cool and immersive touch
No the looting version is not meant to be worn and will have visual issues! Please use a transmog mod instead if you want to conserve the loot stats but the appearance of the For Tavs version :)
Now he actually might be the 'handsome young man' the narrator was talking about. Because I saw no handsome young man lmao. Love this so much, the outfit is glorious!! And I can't wait for your Orin mod!!
Hey Lyn, a quick question, why is the face look very old. Heavy wrinkles. So much so that it looks like a different head all together. I even have to make sure to recheck your screenshot for the face. Is there a step that I missed before installing?
Do you have any other mod that modifies Gortash or his face? I'm not sure what could be making him wrinkly I'm using his vanilla wrinkle map.

How do you download this? I tryed with vortex but I have a issue were iv downloaded the full maker over one. The modded armor shows but its also showing the base game outfit too so there layed on top of each other :X I dont have any other mod that affects any npc. Iv never done mods outside of the in game options or with vortex :X
Hello! I recommend using BG3 Mod Manager to install mods. I never use Vortex so I don't know if the bug is caused by Vortex or not, and I do not provide support for it since I cannot troubleshoot it. You can download BG3 Mod Manager here: https://bg3modmanager.net/download/ Here is a detailed walkthrough of how to install mods using BG3MM (BG3 Mod Manager): https://bg3modmanager.net/#install-mods-using-bg3-mod-manager The gist of it is though, you run BG3MM, you drop the mod inside, you put the mod in the left side (to activate it), and then press the Save button in the menu at the top to save load order.

The way I hit upgrade on my sub without question...I've been waiting for this outfit since I saw your post! Thank you for what you do for the BG3 community!!!
