Iris Koikatsu Character Release!

#1: Iris, 8th gym leader and eventual champion of the Unova region specializing in dragon types!

When putting together the ranking of my 8 favorite female gym leaders, the one thing that was set in stone from the beginning was that Iris was my number 1. I mean, the girl goes from gym leader to champion between games, that's like, top of the line character development as far as Pokémon is concerned lol. And her reveal as champion in Black/White 2 is one of my favorite moments in the franchise. Iris is a tribal girl from the village of dragons who's an absolute dragon prodigy. I mean, how awesome is that? Her bubbly personality is infectious, and her character design is my favorite in the franchise. And you just gotta respect her giant bundle of hair!
