Elesa Koikatsu Character Release!

#4: Elesa, 4th gym leader from the Unova region specializing in electric types!

Elesa's puns give me life. It's a super fun quirk that I'm so glad they gave her in Black/White 2, which then carried over into Pokémon Masters. Her cool and exotic looks plus underlying insecurities and friendship with Skyla are really nice. She's one of the most memorable gym leaders ever for me. Now for this model of her, Elesa's long hair extensions were pretty difficult to maneuver since they're very prone to clipping, but I tried my best to make them work as well as possible.
