I like idea A, and pls make some battle Fuh combat system dude, example like if the anemy half low hp you can grap and star the battle fuh. Low hp enemy it's easier to defeat in this case cuz chance enemy to resist it's low. Half hp the anemy can resist and he can cast some segs skill.

Probably A or B based of the gameplay you currently have

A. B is great when its done well but any flaws show thru and can quickly make a bad experience. Its also best when your going for deeper systems. C is pretty easy to do and can be quite flexible but can get very slow and annoying to play or else way to easy and doesn't matter. A definitely has pitfalls and there are plenty of indie games that do it poorly, but some strong foundations and core design principles (like making sure to have hitstop, locking movement during attack, and some basic animation canceling) gets you very far and gets you a fun game fast. This gives you more time to polish and add more flair as well as messing with the system if you want to do something different or weird without having to rebuild everything (unlike B which is more restrictive).

A! A! A! Got no time to wait and deal with boring souls gameplay. I want to hit buttons. I want continuous movement and high energy.

B. Would be my vote... So long as its Smooth, and Responsive. ALot of Animation Work though. Or Even Something Akin to Monster Hunter Style Combat. ( its Locomotion ) is awesome AF.

While I do prefer hack & slash, I think turn based is the easiest to get right. Clunky combat also feels way worse than unbalanced one.
