Ultimate Vanity 2.0 is finally here, and this update is one of the biggest overhauls the mod has had so far. Alongside a huge backend cleanup and improvements to the core systems, this update also introduces two new beauty brands: ORA and Blink.

INSTALLATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

PLEASE uninstall all previous Ultimate Vanity files before updating.

Due to the amount of changes made to objects and systems, I strongly recommend deleting all Ultimate Vanity objects from your saves before updating, then placing them back into your game afterward.

The mod has been tested on the 21st May patch both with and without other mods installed. I personally tested it in a 200GB+ mods folder and everything worked correctly.

ORA Beauty introduces:

• Foundation
• Lip Gloss
• Prime & Setting Spray
• Body Sun Oil
• Eyeshadow
• Eyeliner
• Blush
• Makeup Remover
• Makeup Tray

ORA also comes with its own dedicated storefront.

Blink. has also been introduced and is currently in Early Access.

STORE & OBJECT UPDATES

• New purchase buff added to stores
• Standing interactions added to select beauty objects (experimental)
• Supported items currently include:

• Eyeshadow

• Eyeliner

Additional standing interactions will continue to be improved and expanded in future updates.

Please note: standing interactions can be a little finicky. Objects generally need to be placed close to the middle or edge of a surface, and animations may fail if there are obstructions in front of the object. This also applies to lashes and contacts.

BODY SUN OIL

The ORA Body Sun Oil can be removed either by showering or by allowing the buff to naturally expire.

CORE FILE UPDATES

All strings have now been moved into the Core & Utilities File, it is a required file for the mod moving forward.

Required files remain:

• Core & Utilities File
• Mood Mod pack by lumpinou
• Mod Core Script File
• Makeup Remover

(You can keep both makeup removers or only use one — they function the same.)

TROUBLESHOOTING & A NEW WAY TO REPORT ERRORS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

If you experience any issues, please fill out this form on this post and attach your:

• LastException (LE) file
• MCCC Exception file

These reports help identify what’s actually causing problems.

A few important notes:

• Some issues are caused by outdated mods or unknown conflicts.
• Better Exceptions (BE) often lists multiple mods in reports — this does NOT automatically mean all listed mods are broken.
• Large mods frequently appear in reports simply because they interact with the same systems.
• In many cases, the real issue is an outdated or conflicting file elsewhere in your Mods folder.

For proper troubleshooting, please test using only:
• Ultimate Vanity
• MCCC/Better Exceptions (optional)

Testing with other mods installed can make identifying issues much harder.

Also note: loading old saves after removing mods can sometimes generate new exceptions and confuse the game.
