Hey guys, thank you so so much for all the love and support you guys have given me over the last few days. I've been wanting to be a modder for the longest time, I started working on this mod 2 years ago and had to give it up when I got a new job. But last year I just felt like I ad to get this out. I had done toooo much work to give up. Any who enough with the emotions, let us get to what you are really here for the mod!

Changelog

• The mod is compatible with the latest patch
  I played through the whole mod this week multiple times and haven’t received an error, from the scumbumbo tuning error notifier or mccommand center. If you do receive one please let me know, it might be a conflict with another mod or something else I haven't found yet

• All items are now base game compatible.
  I learned a hard lesson this week, that S4S doesn't pull resources from the game but only references it, hence the initial dependencies. However that has been rectified.

• Lipstick has been corrected.
  I noticed that my lipstick mask shifted hence lipstick appearing on sims' chins that has been fixed

• Spiceberry blush has been fixed
  There was a tuning error preventing the spice berry blush coming on and that has been fixed. Enjoy a new shade of blush x
  

• New Required Strings File
  In order to improve my modding/update workflow I have created a separate strings package. Please Note that this file is MANDATORY! The mod will work without it but you are gonna have a hard time playing without any text 🤣

FAQs

1. Will the makeup work without the stand?

A: Yes, the stand is only to keep everything in a close enough radius so that the interactions can work. You can use any other items to place the makeup, the distance to the object is what is important.

1. Does the makeup only work on the vanity tables?

A: No. You can use any surface that has a chair slot. the animations i used are from the vanity table so they require the sims to sit. HOWEVER, your sim can sit at a dining table, high table, desk or vanity, possibly a bar too, I haven't tried that yet.

3. Will the Makeup work for all sims?

A: Yes they will, but they will work better for darker skinned sims. I made this mod with dark skin sims in mind first, so I tried as much as possible to make the makeup work on both ends of the spectrum as we don't have sliders in live mode. This means some of the colours may appear not as flattering or harsh on light skinned sims. As I get better at making makeup mods or collaborate with more experienced cc makeup creators ( wink wink) the makeup will improve. Some colours work better for other sims.

1. Why isn't the makeup appearing in my game?

A: The objects were made by cloning items from the Everyday Clutter Kit & Bathroom Clutter Kit. Please delete the previous version of the mod and download the one below, this update is base game compatible
