Public Release v0.14.0~

Hi all, we've just released the v0.14 public build! We follow up after the big reveal at the end of the last chapter, and Cindy has to face some decisions that will have long term effects down the line...

We're also experimenting with the translation framework and have implemented a Chinese language option. It's completely AI translated so there will likely be mistakes we've missed. Please let us know if you get any issues with this or have a language request. We'll do our best to translate languages that receive a lot of support :)
