Release v0.13.0-beta-1

Hey all,

We've been putting together bits and pieces of the new chapter and have some early progress we'd like to share with you! Firstly, we've extended the Axel x Cindy scene in the 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' chapter with a new choice menu that'll lead to a new sexy scene! Next, we've added the script and stage directions expressions for the beginning of the new chapter across all three ending paths from Cinderella's Ball.
