Kate joins Tranced Beauties for her very first session, bringing plenty of excitement and curiosity along with her.
Although she's still relatively new to hypnosis, she isn't completely unfamiliar with it. Her first experience came from a stage hypnosis show. After a long break from trance, she was eager to experience it again and couldn't wait to see what we could accomplish together.
As soon as we began, one thing immediately stood out: Kate has an incredible ability to experience sensations vividly. During the suggestibility tests and early trance work, it became clear that her imagination and responsiveness to sensory suggestions were exceptionally strong. Even when occasional language barriers required a little extra explanation, it never slowed her down.
The result is a session packed with amazing reactions, confusion, laughter, deep relaxation, and some incredibly convincing sensory experiences. It's a great example of how hypnosis isn't about years of experience—it's about willingness, trust, imagination, and allowing yourself to fully engage with the experience.
Throughout the session you'll see relaxation deepen naturally, moments of blankness, light REM activity, amusing confusion, playful challenges, and some of the strongest sensory responses I've seen from a first-time volunteer.
Kate proves that you don't need years of hypnosis experience to have an amazing session—you just need to let yourself enjoy the journey.
