I’m so excited to share that the poll for August’s exclusive build has officially come to a close — and wow, it was such a close one this time! Every style was so loved, and the votes were neck and neck until the very end. But in the end, the winner was… the NYC Penthouse! ✨

Today, I’ve brought you a little sneak peek of the NYC Penthouse, located in the San Myshuno Fountainview Penthouse, I’m designing it in a Modern Minimalist Luxury style — where clean lines and neutral palettes meet carefully curated statement pieces to create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The design strikes a perfect balance between sleek minimalism and luxurious touches like marble accents, designer books, and rich textures. Expansive windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting warm wood tones, lush greenery, and art throughout. Each room feels airy yet grounded, polished yet cozy — the perfect harmony of urban elegance and comfort.
I really hope you enjoy the early look! If all goes according to plan, the full build should be ready for release by next weekend 🏙️💕
