The first version is exactly as shown in the pictures.
The second version keeps the main structure of the house unchanged but removes some unusable decorative items to reduce the chances of game crashes. This version is designed for players with laptops or those with lower-spec computers.

Hi! I bought the tray files but when I uploaded it to my game there was furniture, windows or anything. What did I do wrong?
Hi love! 🤍Thank you so much for your support, and I’m really sorry that you’ve run into this issue. For the problem where the house or furniture isn’t showing up properly, there can be a few possible causes. Please try the steps below: 1.Please double-check that the Tray files and CC are installed correctly in the proper game folders. If, while moving the CC into your game’s CC folder, a message appears saying that some files already exist, please choose “Replace” instead of “Skip.” This helps ensure that all CC matches the exact versions used with the Tray files, so the house appears exactly as intended. 2. Once everything is installed, please delete the localthumbnailcache file from your game folder. 3. Check your in-game settings and make sure that both “Enable Custom Content and Mods” and “Script Mods Allowed” are turned on. After confirming this, please fully close the game and reopen it. 4. Homes that use a large amount of CC can reduce your computer’s performance. If you’re not using a gaming device, I kindly recommend running only The Sims 4 while playing and closing any other programs in the background, if possible. I’m not entirely sure if the most recent game update has affected the house, but normally everything should work just fine. That said, if you’ve tried all the steps above and the issue still isn’t resolved, please feel free to let me know anytime. I’ll be more than happy to upload the latest updated version of the house for you right away. 🤍
