[Exclusive Post] Work in Progress - January

Hello there! I’m so excited to share the results of the January poll for our next exclusive build! The winning style is modern penthouse, so that will be the featured exclusive build for this month.

But that’s not all—January comes with an extra treat! I’m releasing a special build as well: a rooftop bar & restaurant. This stunning venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, and to make it even more special, I’ve added a VIP area designed exclusively for celebrity Sims.

I’ve put together some images to give you a sneak peek:

• Pictures 1-8 showcase the modern penthouse.

• Pictures 9-10 showcase the rooftop bar & restaurant.

I hope you love what’s coming your way this month. Stay tuned for more details, and as always, thank you for your support!🤍

The January Exclusive Build will be released on January 15th.

• For members who have successfully renewed their subscription for this month, you will receive the download link for the house in your private messages on January 15th.

• Existing members who have not yet reached their billing cycle for this month will receive the download link once their renewal for this month is completed.
