[N4S] Modern 2 Story Family Home

TL;DR : scroll for download below ⤵️

heyy! here’s my first modern-style family home. the lot features 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room that can be used as a gym, hobby room, or extra bedroom. it’s an open-concept home, so the kitchen, living room, and dining area all share the same space. my favorite part is the upstairs overlook that gives a view of the main floor!

the home is move-in ready, so all you have to do is decorate it to match your aesthetic.

also, check out my poll [here] so i know what kinds of builds everyone is interested in!
