TL;DR : scroll for download below ⤵️ + UPDATE

WE HIT 150 MEMBERS !! -`♡´- I just wanted to thank you all who joined and supported. it rlly does mean a lot. I'm excited to keep creating, improving, and sharing more AND new things with you all. Again, TYSM! Now, onto the build.

Sooo, I’ve been trying to get more creative and experiment with different build styles! This is my first time making a split-level home, so bear with me. But overall, it turned out to be a nice starter family home with plenty of space and a unique layout perfect for you to customize to your liking.

• 2 floors (lower level & top level)

• 3 spacious bedrooms (big enough to fit multiple beds)

• 3 full bathrooms + 1 half bath

• Gym or guest room

• Office space

• Backyard with a pool

I use shaders to enhance my screenshots, so lighting and colors may look different in your game. If you want to achieve a similar look you can check out my favorite G shade preset by SIMTERIOR here

(also dont worry, there will be windows in the second bedroom when you download)
