edit : so i just realized that there’s corrupted cc on it. if your able to place this in a lot and you get an error please remove all the beds and place new ones of your choice. also in the kitchen just replace the counters. I will soon replace the link. it will no longer have realistic dorm beds 😞

Soo, if your Sims are heading to university, why not give them a dorm that actually feels lived in? This upgraded version has wayy more personality, fully decorated common areas, a cozy cafe for all the students to share, dorms that dont feel like prison cells, and so much more to complete the experience. I wanted to make something that actually feels like students live here, with little details that make the space feel more real. If your sims is gonna suffer through exams, at least let their dorm be cute, right?

I might sound like a noob lol but how do I place it down?
i havent placed this lot in a minute so i might be wrong, but try traveling to the lot you want the dorm to be on. if it doesn’t let you enter build mode do control - shift - c “bb.enablefreebuild” .. enter build mode, then gallery and make sure cc is on then place from gallery . let me know if that worked
