This build was created using the Anadius setup, which allows me to include content from multiple packs. However, I’m transitioning to using my personal EA base game account for future builds. This means that all future builds will be available through the Sims 4 Gallery under my EA ID: [N14AH]. If you want to find my future creations, you can search for my username in the Gallery!

With that being said this build includes a bit of decoration from different packs. If you do not have the packs feel free to fill up the spaces with your preferred decor.
There are 2 fixable mistakes that I am aware of. The shower divider can be fixed with any divider but, I recommend "Gross Guard Plus" in University Pack. Theres also a floating couch cover that you can easily adjust. If you have any other problems feel free to comment!
If you recognize any CC in this build that isn’t listed here or if any credits are missing, please reach out to me so I can update the post
Please feel free to download and use the build, but credit the creators if you share any edits or use it in your own projects!
This build is my original creation, and i kindly ask that you do not re-upload or claim as your own. I'd still love to see how you use the build! Tag me on social media so I could see how my home fits into your Sims world <3
