Another week of my mod bonanza!🎉
Introducing FOUR mods I've been working on and off for a while now. I was originally planning to fold these features into the upcoming feature update for Responsible Pregnancy, but the more I worked on them the more they made sense as standalone mods.
So... welcome to my latest additions to my Pregnancy & Baby Care Collection! 🍼🤰🏽💕
The "collection" is really just my way of grouping all of my pregnancy and baby-care mods into their own little world. That means Responsible Pregnancy, Functional Baby Monitor and the Pregnancy Massage Table all live here too, alongside the new mods below!

🍼 BaseLayer Diapers Override : Free to Download Today!
BaseLayer Diapers adds diapers as a base layer for Infants and Toddlers, so diapers actually stay visually present underneath clothing instead of EA's standard base layer.
It's an optional requirement for my upcoming Better Diapers mod, but it works perfectly well on its own.

🚼Better Diapers Mod
(super proud of the way i designed these diaper packs! It is soooo cute!😭 )
This mod expands diaper care for Babies, Infants and Toddlers and includes functional diaper packs and supplies including baby wipes and nappy rash cream. The functional diaper packs include different types per age of your child and the specific types that have benefits which also include helping infant and/or toddler when they have a diaper related condition that this mod includes .👀
Product brands include Plumbpers, Mustelay and Cassandra Banana👀
For current Responsible Pregnancy simmers ! The diaper duty feature will be moving out of that mod and into this one. Nothing is disappearing, it's just relocating to where it makes more sense.
I will also be updating the functional baby monitor mod to include detection of the diaper conditions that the better diapers mod includes!🙂

🤰🏽 Pregnancy Belly Care Mod
This mod will allow sims to use specific functional skin care products throughout their pregnancy and postpartum to prevent and heal the appearance of stretch marks and support the healing and appearance of C-section scarring.
This mod integrates with PandaSama's Childbirth for their C-section scarring and stretch mark feature, and with adeepindigo's Healthcare Redux for their C-section scarring feature aswell..
If you don't have either of those, don't worry! I've used EA's base game stretch marks, which will apply based on your Sim's trimester and visibly fade as they take care of their skin.

🧘🏽♀️ Pregnancy Stretches: Release TBC
Pregnancy Stretches adds a collection of dedicated pregnancy-safe custom stretching interactions and animations.
Optional integrations with Pandasama's Childbirth, where stretches can help with dilation and labour preparation. With Responsible Pregnancy, they count as safe pregnancy exercise and contribute toward your Sim's pregnancy wellness.
This one might still make it out next week, but it's TBC for now while I figure out the little je ne sais quoi it's still missing. 😂

Hi, for the Better Diapers can you add Sensitive Training pants and over night diapers. All my babies seems to have sensitive skin and recurring rash so none of them can use the other diapers at all. Thank you. Love this Mod :)

No one deleted your comment you commented on a different post. Dpmo...I answered you there aswell.. Your comment isnt helpful and the mod definitely is working because no one else has reported issues... if you want error support you need to join my discord because its very likely that you just havent installed the mod correctly

I swear I have entire folder in my notes dedicated to creating a mod making infant and toddler care more realistic, for when I get my computer working again and seeing this makes me so happy.🥹

If your considering expanding on your ideas maybe consider a newborn skin to skin animation interaction to include the other parent more. And maybe also after care for birthers like diapers and cooling liners they have to get out of the fridge. Maybe an option for a push gift and newborn basket gifts incorporating your diapers mod and onesie. Maybe a base layer belly band for moms to wear under their clothes. I'm just inspired by your work and effort to improve game play. Thank you so much for your mods it makes the game so much more immersive.
I’ve been having an issue recently with both the bottle (from responsible pregnancy) and the items for belly care. When I click them it doesn’t give me the interaction options, just the ‘add to favorites’ and ‘place in world’ I tried restarting the game, loading a different file, and even purchasing new items but that hasn’t fixed it…
Check if you have correctly downloaded lot51 core library...also bottle can only be used by pregnant sims and for belly care your sim has to either be pregnant or in post partum and have scars

Was wondering with the pregnancy care if stretch marks from pandasamas will stay if your sims doesnt keep up with the care or if they fade anyway.
They will stay if you dont keep up treatment which is what pandasamas mod does

Good morning i love using your mods but after the recent update your mods keep giving me a last exception error i've redownloaded everything but its still showing a betterexception error

I can't find your Discord, but I can't change diapers at all with this mod installed. I'm assuming it might be a conflict? I can't use the mod option or the regular option to change diapers. 😢

for this mod would you consider making diaper bags for the diapers and wipes can be organized when leaving the home lot, I think that would be a cool addition to this mod also cant wait !

I will take a look to check but generally the better diapers mod wont be compatible with any mod that overrides any existing diaper tunings.

OMG! For the diaper mod, would you consider expanding it into more baby care? Like needing baby shampoo to bathe them? Or maybe also a costumizable wardrobe (outside of CAS) for the infants? Also a mod I’ve always wanted since I play super long lifespan with long pregnancy and semi realistic gameplay, would you consider adding a more storytelling mod that add a birth plan to things you can do while pregnant? Love your mods soooooo much
Thank you! I can defo add baby shampoo/body wash that should be relatively simple. For costumizable wardrobe Im not tooo sure about that one 🤔 you might have to dm me to explain that one abit more. A birth plan mod would be super cool actually but i feel like that would be something pandasama would probably add as her mod contains alot of the features a birth plan would include🤔
