POLL - Favourite Responsible Pregnancy Module?

I'm really loving the risk for the pregnancy and the moodlet ' maybe the problem will take care of itself' when using drugs during pregnancy and the TRAPPED one. My sim is a reformed party girl and already had 1 baby, then had twins and was really trying very hard. Got an UID and they went on a holiday to take a break from the 3 kids, then she was pregnant again ! Now she is heavily on the Xanax since she is stuck at home with 3 crying infants and slowly losing it. It adds a lot of realism to the gameplay and yeah she does feel trapped and stressed! It makes me really sad for her, damn I'm so mean to my sims haah I also liked the cleaning products part and the exercises added. Must have mod already!

Can I just pick all of them as my favorite? lol. This mod add so much to the pregnancy gameplay. This one is easily one of my favorite mods.

Hello Kemzima 🤍 I just wanted to say how much I genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done with Responsible Pregnancy so far. And I truly mean this — I love all of the modules 😭 I can’t pick a favourite because together they make the experience feel complete. I love having to think about nutrition, exertion, risks, household stuff… it makes pregnancy feel dynamic instead of passive. If I could suggest anything, I’d personally love to see even more self-care elements added at some point — like pregnant Sims actively nurturing their bodies. Maybe applying belly oil or moisturiser to soothe stretching skin (and possibly even something like PUPPP rash), or wearable pregnancy support belts that give small comfort buffs during chores or exercise. I’d also love to see a slightly more layered cravings and aversion system that ties into the Healthy Eating module — like nutrient-linked cravings (for example, low iron triggering a red meat craving), some temporary food aversions, smell sensitivity around things like the fridge, trash, or even cooking smells, and maybe a few simple foods that actually help reduce nausea. I think that would fit beautifully into what you’ve already built. I know ideas like these would take time and extra work, so I completely understand if they’re not feasible — I just wanted to share them as inspiration, and I truly appreciate whatever direction you choose to take. Thank you again for all the effort you put into this. It genuinely makes pregnancy gameplay feel more realistic and thoughtfully designed.🙏🏻

I just wanted to say how much I’m enjoying your pregnancy mod! It’s such a great addition to my game. I also wanted to give a huge shout out to your political mod! I honestly can’t play without it now. While my Sims aren't always pregnant, the political mod adds so much flavor to their daily lives without me having to micromanage it. I love how it just works autonomously in the background! I would absolutely love to see more life-flavor mods like that one in the future. Keep up the amazing work!!
