🌍 Political World Mod Update 🛠️ - Apolitical Trait, Illuminati Fixes & More

Hey Guys !

Thanks so much for all the feedback recently, it’s been super helpful. Based on what you’ve shared, I’ve made a bunch of updates to the Political World mod:

• 🆕 New Apolitical Trait: This has been one of the most requested features, and it’s finally here! 🙌 I've added an "Apolitical" trait for Sims who just aren't into politics. They’ll tend to stay out of political debates and prefer to keep things neutral.

  • There’s also a new preference category for it, so your Sims can be more into (or turned off by) political neutrality when dating.

• 🔃NPC Auto-Assignment: The Apolitical trait will now be automatically assigned to NPCs based on certain existing traits.

• 🔃Illuminati Auto-Assignment Tweaked: The probability of NPCs being auto-assigned the Illuminati trait has been reduced, so it feels more special.

• 🔥Proximity Buffs Revamped: I’ve removed the old generic proximity buffs for opposing political beliefs. Each political trait already has tailored proximity buffs, so the generic ones felt too overpowered.

• 🧠Buffs for Libertarian and Socialist Traits: Some buffs are now dynamic (instead of fixed) and will have set durations.

• 👗Illuminati Robes Fix: NPCs in the Illuminati will no longer spawn in their robes — after all, it kind of ruins the mystery if they’re walking around like that!

🌟Coming Next Week -💥Fictional Political Gurus !💥

I’m currently working on releasing fictional versions of the political gurus based on feedback that using real-world figures like Donald Trump and Elon Musk is too triggering given current events, which I definitely understand.

• 🛠️ I’m testing this update now and also adding some cool new guru-specific interaction features!

⚡ Important!⚡You’ll notice that the guru package is now separated from the main mod package. Please don’t remove it from your Mods folder yet! Going forward, you’ll need to have either the fictionalized gurus or the real-life gurus package installed for the mod to work properly.

Thanks again for all your support ❤️💜 More updates coming soon! 💬🎉
