there's two separate file types inside of the zip when you download it, one is the tray files and the all the other stuff are mods and cc. when you extract the folder you need to put the tray files in your ea tray folder which is located in your the sims 4 folder. everything else you can just put in your mods folder and when you load your game this sim should be in your library
