Update Report: Ultra Ren'Py Translator v0.11.0

Hello everyone! It has been a period of intense work, and today I am excited to share the biggest leap the tool has taken to date. We have moved from a functional prototype to a professional multi-engine translation suite.

Here are the most important changes:

1. 🎨 New Modern Interface (Migration to Flet)

We have moved away from the old design to a modern architecture based on Flet.

  • Premium Design: A sleek, elegant dark interface that is much smoother.

  • Tabbed Navigation: Quick access to Ren'Py, RPG Maker, Unity, and Godot translations.

  • Native Multi-language: Full support to switch between English and Spanish instantly.

2. 🌍 Multi-Engine Support (Expansion)

We don't just translate Ren'Py anymore. The tool is becoming the standard for indie games:

  • RPG Maker (MV, MZ, XP, VX, VX Ace): Implementation of "Deep Translation" with over 19 critical bug fixes. It now detects and protects code variables to prevent the game from breaking after translation.

  • Unity & Godot (Beta): We have paved the way for these engines, with dedicated tabs and the initial orchestration logic already integrated.

3. 🔄 Auto-Update System 2.0

Forget about downloading files manually every time a patch is released.

  • One-Click Installation: The program now detects new versions, downloads them, and restarts automatically.

  • Ultra-Fast Extraction: We implemented native tar technology, making installation 100x faster than before (from 2 minutes to just 2 seconds).

  • Status Notifications: A new alert system that confirms if the update was successful when you reopen the app.

4. 🧠 AI Engine Improvements

  • Phase 3 Native Method: We improved native extraction to capture character names, complex menus, and UI strings that were previously impossible to translate.

  • Code Safety: The translator is now smarter and automatically "skips" system tags and Python/JavaScript variables to ensure the game always remains functional.

5. 🛠 User Experience & Community

  • Discord Button: We have an official community! We added a direct button in the bottom bar so you can join, report bugs, or ask for help.

  • Automated Release: We now use a professional build system (cx_Freeze) to deliver a lightweight executable (.exe) without the need to install Python.

Our immediate priority is to polish the Godot and Unity modules so they become as powerful as the Ren'Py one.
