New Damage Display

The damage display textures are pretty simple to customize, I actually created all of these from Microsoft paint. As for scaling the damage display, you just have to change the dimensions of each image. I used 150 by 150 pixels so it's pretty small. Damage display textures can be found in Assetto Corsa root folder/ Content/ Textures/ Damage. Note: the center icon doesn't show up automatically and I have to clue how it actually takes damage.
