0.2.1 Alpha Public Release!
Its been quite a few couple of months, but its finally time. The public release of the next Devlog alpha and the continuation of the story into chapter 2!!
This chapter was a massive undertaking for the Devlog team, more characters, more cgs, a animation, and enough coding and writing to give us early onset arthritis. But I truly think it was worth it and I hope all of you think so as well.
I want to thank everyone that helped on this, you guys are seriously awesome.

I’m a very excited for this to grow into an amazing story I already love the characters
I really enjoyed this demo and its premise. Whilst wani and snoot were focused on the highschool identity crisis, I liked that this one delved more into the adult world, able to depict real and organic college experiences. The pondering about what game to make, with electives and "well im not that good at cs and art but i got in so might as well learn" really resonated with me. Quick technical feedback, ambience is wayy too loud in its default state. Additionally, it kind of cuts off when the file ends, maybe get it to cross fade into itself? I'm sure you've figured it out already. From a narrative standpoint, the characters are nicely fleshed out and pretty darn original, so good job there. Character visuals are also superb, they really communicate a lot of their personality with their attire. However, this might be due to it being a demo, but it feels at times that the story is in a bit of a hurry to introduce all the side characters. Also, same point about being a demo, perhaps give some weight to each action. Sometimes the correct choice feels spoonfed and doesn't try to hide the socially unintelligent option. Other than that, this was really great! I really want to see this project bloom. But on a marketing standpoint, the name might be a teeny bit difficult to spread. I was looking up "devlog" a lot and only found it after I went on r/snootgame specifically to find the demo. I had to plow through a lot of programmer forums.

Loved the story! It really plays on the heartstrings well and I look forward to seeing more!
This game is so beautifully done. Strings is such good background music and Abigail has my heart.
How do you use the mobile version
.apk is Android's installer. If you're trying to install it on an iphone you're fresh outta luck, sorry.

Will there be no mobile release of this version? I'm a little disappointed if it didn't but it's understandable
Its currently being worked on, will have it added as soon as its done.
