Yes, you can sprint if you complete the Scholar's Quiz in Colussia, and you can teleport if you finish the one in Port Ronod.
Wait seriously? It didn't let me teleport with it :(

Yes, it did - that's what all those blue crystals are for.

How do I play the game?
All the games come with a manual, but first you need a unzip the download file before you can do anything. :)
