Quick Check In Regarding Something Serious.
Hey guys! I had no intention of checking in today, but I wanted to address something really quick. Earlier a mod was released by a very talented creator. This mod has caused a lot of traction and mixed reviews and very unhappy people. I supported my friend and called him the goat because of his animations and the type of work he does. That simple comment has been taken way farther than it should have been and now I have received a few DM’s telling me to die or that I should be abused. I am in no way agreeing with physically harming kids! Whether it’s in real life or cartoon. In the same breath, I should be able to acknowledge my friends work, which was also heavily detailed and way more in depth If you guys read their Patreon post. Two things can be true. I can support my friend and also not agree with certain topics. I support those who support me.
I have been a licensed behavioral needs technician for five years so my love for children and protectiveness of them is always higher than you would ever imagine so please do not try and shift this negative narrative on me.
My apologies if me supporting someone triggered you guys on a topic and made you feel that I agree with certain actions however, sending me threats and telling me that I should be abused or die now is pushing it a little far and I will shut this whole operation down and be done for good. Simple.
Also stop with the think piece rumors because we’ve talked about it. We’ve talked about the old thumbnails. If you guys want to be set on being mad at me for whatever reason that’s also fine. I’m here for my community and my community only to build legacy and inspire.

lol....death threats are ok, but spanking a child in a mod isn't. One is REAL, and one is a MOD (that you don't have to get). HELP ME UNDERSTAND
People to soft these days it's just a game meant to be played their are way more violent games out there to have ppl complain over a mod that sets up a realistic gameplay . Discipline happens irl we all know that..
I can't help but imagine what this world would be like if all these people crying about an optional mod had the same energy and smoke for real life issues.

F people i have 5 kids and I spaked them for real. Hell not my proudest moment but it's a game people just trolling and projecting thier trauma . I paid and downloaded i been ready to whoop these sims kids azzz.

People pick and choose who they want to support when it comes to certain mods, if im being honest i say F'em. Also there are worse mods out there that ive seen LOL! but you still have my support fraannnn
Many of the same people who complain about certain mods are also using the sacrificial mod, which causes toddlers to outlive their parents. It seems people like to pick and choose what they criticise. Everyone should be able to play the game in their own way; after all, no one is forcing them to download or add any mods to their folders.

I see nothing wrong with the mod. We all haven’t lived fairytale lives, In real life children get disciplined. I was disciplined as a child and disciplined my children. There is a difference between whooping ass and child abuse, some don’t know the difference!. Maybe if some of these damn serial killers were disciplined and other ass whooped they may have turned out a little different. I was in target heard a little Caucasian bot curse his parents out! All they said was Joey stop that’s not nice. Joey probably a little psychopath in the making!. Last but not least you do not have to explain anything for supporting someone you support.

You are creating art to represent the culture and lifestyle that many of us experience. For this mod in particular it is an aspect of our life and helps us make the game more enjoyable or relatable. So for those who don’t like it , don’t download it but for those of us who want real life representation. We will support . Thank you and your friend for everything

You never have to explain yourself when you're amongst friends, or people acquainted with the creative person that you are! I appreciate you speaking out, and have NO CLUE what mod, nor do I truly care, you speak of ... I just want to say, from one overthinker to another, you are appreciated, as a creator, an online friend, and as a human being! You didn't have to say anything, but you did, because you are kind. Online, people will not always agree with or like everything you do, and they may be possibly even more negative or cruel because they can hide behind their screens. If you don't like a certain mod, just don't use it. Simple! People don't get to push their preferences on others because they don't like something. It's a game for goodness sake and not harming anyone. People are literally just looking to make drama for no reason.
I support you, but not that mod You will not be seeing negativity of any kind from me, but I absolutely think that mod is hot garbage. You didn't make it, nor did you have anything to do with making it. Therefore, people should leave you out of their ire. As far as the modder who made it goes, as a product of abuse myself as a child, I've blocked that creatir and voiced my piece on the mod and how I feel about it. Nowhere will you be brought upin that, because again, you had nothing to do with it. Having opinions and voicing them is one thing People becoming feral animals is somwthing entirely different. At the end of the day, if someone chooses to make you so angry.or upset that you choose to shut it down, just know that I had fun while it lasted. You Will not be receiving negativity from me regardless of anything, because you have not created anything problematic, and I like you as a person. At the end of the day it’s a solo game and we all play our game the way we want. I don’t have any intentions on downloading this mod and I really don’t care if anyone else does. It could be so simple if we all just did what we wanted in our own games and not worry about what the next person is doing.

People are doing a lot. I was spanked a lil growing up, so when I saw the mod it made me laugh tbh. I have no intention of using it or even spanking my own kids but like.. idk I just don’t feel like it’s that deep😭 there’s people who make rape mods, mods to assault kids and all kinda stuff. I don’t see them campaigning against those weirdos tho.
I feel like being POC - it made a chuckle cus we know what that meant especially coming from another mod creator who is also POC. While spankings are seemed to be seen as “abusive” to people who have their opinions but it’s a game you have the choice to download the mod or not . Like it’s not a problem when there are mods that has firearms and other weapons to do other harm but a pow pow in a animation to give off “spanking” is where people be draw the line and be weird about it. Just don’t download it and keep it moving.

ive been waiting for a mod like the ones you've made, and personally feel like anyone who is "hurt" over this mod should simply not play it because let's not act as if sacrificial mods don't exist. thank you for your time and effort to make this game more realistic.
That part. And people have been using Sacrificial's mod to kick children across the room. But have performative outrage over this mod, that they DON't have to download.
