COMING TONIGHT — 6:00 PM and 8:15 PM CST- JayESims x Jaye Hinson Presents: Sins of the Streets & The Man I Need

Alright Mod Haus… it’s almost time.

Tonight I’m dropping Sins of the Streets, a new gameplay mod built around darker personalities, gang affiliations, street conversations, and chaotic storytelling.

This one was inspired by Muva Simmer’s retired mod GangThang. That mod had its moment in the community and a lot of us had fun with it back in the day. Since it’s no longer active, I wanted to build something new that captures that same energy while adding my own systems, interactions, traits, and storytelling angles.

So this is not a copy. It’s my take on that vibe.

Inside this mod you’ll see Sims able to:

• claim gang affiliations
• talk street business
• reveal darker intentions
• build alliances and rivalries
• move through conversations with a colder edge

OVER 4 NEW TRAITS

There are different paths your Sims can lean into depending on the traits and interactions you choose. Some Sims will just talk tough. Others might be moving a little darker than that.

If you like storytelling saves, chaotic Sims, or characters that feel like they stepped out of a crime drama, you’re going to have fun with this one.

Another drop is coming tonight.

The Man I Need is a soft romantic storytelling mod for Sims who believe in gentle love, quiet reassurance, and partners who show up in the small ways that matter.

Not every relationship has to start with chaos. Sometimes it starts with a feeling. That moment where a Sim realizes someone makes them feel calm, safe, and understood.

This mod adds romantic conversations where Sims can admit those feelings out loud. Talking about being the kind of partner someone prayed for. Asking if the other person feels the same softness. Saying things that feel vulnerable but real.
