The Sims 4 is dropping a new base game update in preparation for the upcoming Expansion/Pack. That means:

MODS MAY BREAK.

GAMEPLAY MAY BREAK.

PLEASE DO NOT PLAY RECKLESSLY.

WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW:

✅ REMOVE YOUR ENTIRE MODS FOLDER
Do not load your save with any mods (mine or others).
✅ TURN OFF AUTOMATIC UPDATES (if you haven’t already)
✅ BACK UP YOUR SAVES to a safe folder on your desktop or external drive
✅ DO NOT OPEN YOUR GAME WITH MODS INSTALLED
✅ VISIT CREATOR SITES (or the official Mod Status checker) to see what’s broken, what’s safe, and what’s being updated.

DO NOT:

🚫 Do not message or tag me with bugs right now
🚫 Do not assume a mod is safe just because it “loads fine”
🚫 Do not spam with things already covered in this post
🚫 Comments that ignore these instructions will be deleted, and repeat violations may lead to blocks if necessary.
