JAYESIMS WEEKDAY PATREON SCHEDULE (MON–FRI)

Hey Mod Haus Family

Going forward, I’m running on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule so drops are easier to follow, support is easier to manage, and I can stay organized with the amount of growth we’ve had.

This schedule was made with YOU and ME in mind because we truly grew faster than expected, and I want things to stay smooth and fair for everyone.

WEEKLY DROP + WORK FLOW

JAYE’S OFF DAYS (TO REST + RESET)

Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays are officially my off days going forward.

These are my days to decompress, create, spend real time with friends & family, and honestly just breathe. I’ve learned that to keep showing up for y’all consistently (and keep the quality where it needs to be), I have to protect a little bit of work-life balance.

So on these off days, please expect:

💎 MONDAY — DROP DAY

Mod Drops + Limited Edition Mystery Trait Drop

• Monday is always a drop day.

• Mystery Trait (Limited Edition) also drops on Mondays.

• Reminder: Mystery Trait items are ONLY in the shop for 1 week and are NOT the same as my public mod drops.

🧾 TUESDAY — JAYE’S ADMIN DAY (NO DROPS)

Tuesday is strictly for backend work so everything stays updated and running right.

Things I’ll be focused on:

• Master List updates (if needed)

• Comment replies / clean-up

• Help Desk / troubleshooting

• Uploading mods to CurseForge

• Fixing, organizing, systems, tags, links, folders, and shop maintenance

🚫 No drops or big posts on Tuesdays unless it’s mandatory (like a master list update or urgent fix).

💎 WEDNESDAY — DROP DAY

• Mod drops + regular updates.

🧊 THURSDAY — OFF DAY

This is a true off day moving forward:

• No posts

• No emails

• No chat responses

Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday –Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)

Because of the large amount of messages, response times will vary, but I WILL get back to you.

DROP NOTIFICATION UPDATE (TO REDUCE EMAIL CLUTTER)

I heard y’all on the email overload, so here’s what I’m doing:

On heavy drop days (especially when 2–3 mods drop), you will NOT receive separate posts for each mod.

✅ Instead, there will be ONE post that includes:

• all drops listed

• all links

• everything in one place

That way your inbox doesn’t explode and you can manually click what you want.

🛒 IMPORTANT SHOP EMAIL POLICY (FINAL)

Going forward:

✅ Purchases made in the shop using the email you check out with will ONLY be sent to that email address.

That means:

• If your email has typos

• If your Apple ID hides your email

• If it’s the wrong address on file
  …and I still attempt to send it…

🚫 You will need to repurchase using the correct email address.

This has started taking a lot of time out of my day to troubleshoot individually, and I have to protect my workflow so I can keep creating.

This is the final decision.
