PATCH DAY ALERT! - MUST READ - HOW TO PROTECT YOUR MODS

Hey Mod Haus Family!!
It’s officially Sims 4 Patch Update Day and you already know what that means:

STEP 1: Turn Off Auto Updates

Go to your EA App or Steam and disable automatic updates immediately. You don’t want your game updating before you’re ready.

STEP 2: BACK. UP. YOUR. MODS.

Remove your entire Mods folder before updating the game. Move it somewhere safe like a desktop, USB, whatever works for you.

STEP 3: Backup Your Saves

Grab that Saves folder too. It’s your baby. Don’t risk it. Back it up now before EA does something wild.

CUSTOM ORDERS + SHOP PAUSED

Until I can confirm everything is stable and compatible with this patch, all custom trait orders, career drops, and other mod shop deliveries are paused. I don’t want to give you broken gameplay, only the best.

⚠️ Important Installation Rule

Each mod comes in two versions:

• User‑Directed Version

• Autonomous Version

You must choose ONE version only.
Do NOT place both versions in your Mods folder at the same time.
