What This Series Is About
I’ve been hearing the whispers. Some big companies want to water down our stories… or erase them.
But let me be clear: I hear you. I feel you. I see you. And I AM YOU.
That’s why Our Stories, Our Sims exists.
To bring our voices, our roots, and our cultures into this game with no filter, no erasure, no wash-down.
Each identity trait will continue to include:
✅ 4–5 social interactions
✅ brand new buffs
✅ educational depth
✅ story notifications
These aren’t “just traits.” These are identity experiences told by us, for us.
🚫 Quick Note
And yes, I’m gonna say it: I do NOT agree with EA’s recent changes.
I won’t go into full depth here, but just know… no. I’m not happy.
So I’m building my own lane, rooted in us, for us.
👇🏽 NOW DROP THOSE IDENTITIES FOR PART 2! GO GO GO!
Mixed identities, specific cultures, and ALL types are welcome. Let’s build this together.

Been learning a lot about my roots and I would love to see Melungeon ancestry as a trait <3
This would be awesome for my gameplay. How does black/white+Korean sound?
Orthodox Christian :)
Serbian :). Balkans
I'd love to have some Palestinian Sims, Khoisan Sims, and mixed Afro-Arab sims. And...if it's not too much to ask, maybe a Korean American trait revolving around reconnecting with their roots would be cool. I'm Korean American, but I was raised without my culture because my grandparents adopted my mom in the 70s but both of them had internalized racism, so they didn't help Mom connect with her roots, not even by the time she had me. You don't have to make all of these, I'm fine with just one. I'm open to giving ideas/suggestions that you don't have to add to this either.
Not me but my Sims: - Identifies as Indian - Identifies as Ukrainian - Identifies as Russian - Identifies as Jewish - Identifies as Armenian - Identifies as French-Canadian

I'm genuinely so happy to see a mod like this! I'm still sad that Chile is not mentioned in the latino foods they added (cus some of them are also from here) so, if you really can and have the chance to expand on latino cultures, I'll be so happy to see Chile in there! Identifies as Chilean And there are other ethnicities here that could be added, leaving some here so you can see if you can work with them: Mapuche, Aymara, Quechua, Selk'nam (all indigenous people). Rapa nui too (they are Pacific Islander too) Thank you so much for this mod again! Happy to see diversity and representation <3
