Family, this one is close to my heart. The Sims gave us hearing aids as a CAS accessory—but no education, no interactions, no real gameplay behind it. That felt… incomplete. Our Simmers who use hearing aids (and those who love them) deserve more than a cosmetic checkbox. Don’t worry—I’m here. 💙
What’s inside
1 brand-new trait: Wears Hearing Aids (Clear Voices) — centers everyday accessibility, calm spaces, and confident communication.
4 new social interactions crafted for realism and storytelling. Each includes 2 buffs and 1 story notification to capture the moment—without turning it into a spectacle.
Why this matters
Representation with depth. Hearing aids aren’t just “a look.” They change how Sims move through space, advocate for themselves, and connect with others.
Storytelling power. These interactions create real conversational beats—clear requests, supportive responses, and gentle education—so your saves feel lived-in and respectful.
Gameplay you can feel. Every interaction gives feedback to both Sims, reinforcing kindness, patience, and accessibility wins.

Making Sims Modding Accessible, Inclusive & Community-Driven — For Everyone
Founder: Jaye Hinson | Brand: JayESims Media
About the Creator
Jaye Hinson — the first Black, queer creator to launch a structured, scalable, community-funded accessibility program for Sims 4 mods — is reshaping the gaming modding landscape. Through JayESims Media, I’ve built an innovative platform that removes financial, cultural, and technical barriers, ensuring that every player can tell their story.
Our Mission
The Mods For All Program was founded on a simple, bold promise:
Every simmer deserves to play — to tell their stories, create their worlds, and heal through gameplay — without their wallet deciding if they can.
We believe in:
Diversity: Bringing underrepresented stories, cultures, and identities into The Sims.
Financial Inclusion: Affordable access for those facing financial hardships.
Support for Storytellers & Creators: Even without technical modding skills.
My promise
I was disappointed when hearing aids arrived in CAS with no gameplay to back them up. So I built the parts I wanted to play: small, human moments that make big differences. If you’ve been waiting for your Sims to be heard—Clear Voices is for you.
Thank you for pushing me to make our world more inclusive, one mod at a time. Feedback is welcome; screenshots and stories are my favorite. Download, play, and let me know what lands for you.

🧩 If the XML Injector is not installed, certain interactions, buffs, and trait features will not appear or work as intended.
📥 You can download the XML Injector here (by Scumbumbo/Triplis):
https://scumbumbomods.com/xml-injector
Place it directly in your Mods folder (no more than one subfolder deep).
⚠️ Important Installation Rule
Each mod comes in two versions:
User‑Directed Version
Autonomous Version
You must choose ONE version only.
Do NOT place both versions in your Mods folder at the same time.
Having both installed will cause conflicts, missing interactions, or unexpected behavior.
Thank you for always letting me break the rules of Sims modding and build something deeper.
Let’s raise better Sims, even if we gotta fumble the convo sometimes.

Jaye, I am in tears! My son wears a hearing aid and he loves the Sims so much! You have the sweetest soul! Thank you 🥰
Thank you 🙏🏽🫂.
I’m crying 😭😭.
THANK YOU!!!!
I love the diversity you bring to the game! As a white lesbian Simmer I've been searching for mods that add depth to the level of diversity in the game, both with regards to identities that match mine and ESPECIALLY those that don't. I want my game to reflect real life a bit more in that regard so thank you so much for your work! You're one of my favorite modders that I've found recently.
Thank you! Recently I made my sim deaf, as I have Adeepindigo mods and was able to choose that. My sims had to learn sign language, but it fell flat. There was no real interaction. So this will make it more realistic and add to the game play. Thank you again!
I am deaf on one ear so this is also another mod that is near and dear to me. You never miss my friend
It’s truly amazing the amount of diversity you add to the game! Your work is always amazing! Thank you for sharing your amazing skills with us ❤️
I LOVE YOU DEEP
