🚨 BLOCKED ON YOUTUBE🙅🏻‍♂️-My Chemical Romance-'Welcome to the Black Parade'

I was excited to do my first My Chemical Romance video for YouTube, but unfortunately it was blocked so I will share it the full of it over here with you all! I will try to get a truncated version of it up on YouTube however.

I've been a fan since the release of Helena in 2004. Not sure how anyone could miss their politics but so much internet outrage is rage bait and performative. They got a little attention because of their tour. Back when they were new their fans were called a death cult. We're used to nonsense. Loved this analysis and hope to see more!

I will die on the hill that The Black Parade is the greatest song that MCR has ever made. Nothing can compare. (House of Wolves is my favorite from them but TBP is a masterpiece. The bohemian Rhapsody of Emo kids.)

House of Wolves is SO GOOD!! It's impossible to rank my favorites in order but it's up there near the top for me too.

I feel MCR has a pretty loyal following but you are right about them having a bit of resurgence. However I feel that resurgence is for the same reason Rage Against the Machine and Green Day have had one in recent years. Where people who have been going on a "NO WOKE" kick and suddenly learning the bands they've loved for YEARS have been woke the entire time. It's almost as if the entire "Rock n Roll" thing was about sticking it to the man and fighting the establishment!

fun fact! the parade float in this video is what’s burning in the background of the “famous last words” video! they filmed both mv’s in the same day and burned the float for the flw vid

As a millennial who was a little emo/punk teen when this came out, it's so funny to realize that there are people who haven't even heard it. I feel like for at least a year this song (and the other songs on the album) saturated my entire life. This song, Famous Last Words, and "Teenagers" all made it to popular radio and Teenagers frankly was overplayed for me. I don't really want to ever listen to Teenagers again 😂 This song, though, I feel like it made a solid place for itself in the mainstream.

I love this song! Such an anthem. For the longest time this was the only MCR song I knew, it’s still my favorite
