Yey! Thank you for this reaction Tim! Your thorough breakdowns are really enjoyable to watch ! Just a little reminder that their MVs have English cc. 😊 The chorus is about “mining for gold” as an analogy to them digging deep for their creativity and ideas that’s unique to them. It’s also about hard work – the blood, sweat, and tears required to achieve their dreams. Pablo’s writing and composing is really something. I think he’s self-taught? (Correct me if I’m wrong A’tin) Majority of their songs have meaning, a message, or is inspiring in some way.

Thank you for reacting (and analyzing) another SB19 song. Been waiting for you to drop a new one. As you go deeper into their music, you’ll find out that they are multi-genre, not just across their songs, but also within their songs. They like switching things up and it’s pretty cool. All five of them can sing, dance, rap, and make music. They have more artistic freedom than other artists since they are self-managed, which makes their work unique and fresh. Personally, I think their real super power is in making people feel their music — through their voices, their lyrics, or even their dances. I hope you will watch their other 2 FIRST TAKE performances, DAM and MAPA, and I do hope you finish them next time 😅 They also have a lot of live performances on the WISH BUS ( not sure if you are familiar with this) and my favorites are ILAW (this is a must watch - lyrics video first if you have the time since this song’s meaning is deep), MANA, I WANT YOU (the MV is also gorgeous), MOONLIGHT, and LIHAM. There really is so much to see but I don’t want to overwhelm you. Will wait for more SB19.
