Such a heavy song! I LOVE IT!

I would love if you were able to do that thing where you isolate the vocals in this song. That would be so cool to hear because all the sounds she makes are heckin lit.
2:58 First time she did that high witchy nasal thing was actually in a cover of one of this Vocaloid producer's songs when she was 16. It's like a musical reference to this cover. Ado's creative use of "horrific" nasality is a staple of her music. Here's a third party lyric video of the cover. Ado's original upload is in 360p and has a lot of YT sound compression: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKvOlEeuqYU
I think her "heaviest" song is actually her pre-debut feature with Biz called "Tokyo Cannibalism", but not that many people have heard it.
Yes, Ado said it's a physically demanding song, but not for the voice, but for the muscles. Live, she sings it sitting down.
The last frame of the video reads, "Instructions for children. Warning: teenagers are very dangerous, be careful."
Maretu is both a Vocaloid producer and a metal songwriter. He is also a keyboardist in a metal band.
Maretu, by the way, was diagnosed with autism, and is considered a master of the Phrygian scale.
I've listened to Maretu's music for some time now, but never seen them collab with a singer. So the first collab i see from him being with ADO was such a plesant surprise. The eight-bit/synth tune+rock beat is such a staple of MARETU i knew instantly it was them before checking the credits. Magical doctor is my favorite song of theres <33
