Updated : Fragmentation Envelope Add-on for Tacview - v.1.9.9

Introduction video by Echo Victor: you'll see an example of the practical use of this add-on at 12:10!

You'll find attached an updated version of the Fragmentation Envelope add-on for Tacview.

In this release, there's no major new functionality, but a few corrections to past calculation and detection methods that could lead to wrong analysis, in particular with high drag bombs.

Note that for high drag bombs, the fuze settings will currently keep replicating DCS options, even if those fuzes are in reality coded with two settings: high drag and low drag, with the correct settings to be applied automatically detected by the fuze at weapon release (deceleration). It would be very easy to allow both settings in the add-on, but it would not be in line with current DCS state. Instead, I recommend you to stick to either low drag bombs, or high drag bombs in High Drag mode (and therefore exclude high drag bombs in Free Fall mode), so that there's no possible confusion.

Hopefully, major inconsistencies have been solved now, and this release will remain current for a longer time before we switch to v.2.x. The next version should include realistic frag patterns, in addition to the notional safety frag envelope that are currently displayed: all the physics of a real detonation has now been studied, and the most difficult part begins (how to implement real time solving of differential equations smoothly in Tacview...)
